The Supreme Court agreed to hear the Gyanwapi Masjid Committee's plea against the Allahabad High Court order. In which the suit relating to the restoration of the temple was held to be maintainable. During the hearing, the Muslim party made a demand which was accepted by the Supreme Court. The petitions filed before the Supreme Court also challenged the permission of the ASI survey (Order 7 Rule 11) along with the lower court's decision to entertain a case seeking restoration of the temple in place of the Gyanvapi Masjid. Today (Friday), during the hearing in the Supreme Court, Huzaifa said on behalf of the Muslim party that this is an old case. The rest of the petitions have not been listed. So they should be listened too. After this, Hujaifa Ahmadi requested the Supreme Court to postpone the hearing.
Gyanvapi Case : आज ज्ञानवापी प्रकरणावर आज (शुक्रवार) भारताचे सरन्यायाधीश डी वाय चंद्रचूड यांच्या खंडपीठासमोर सुनावणी झाली. ज्ञानवापी प्रकरणावर मुस्लिम बाजूने आलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयाच्या १९ डिसेंबरच्या आदेशाला सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान दिलं आहे. ज्यामध्ये उच्च न्यायालयाने मुस्लिम बाजूच्या पाच याचिका फेटाळल्या होत्या.
ज्ञानवापी मशीद समितीच्या याचिकेवर सुनावणी
अलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयाच्या आदेशाविरुद्ध ज्ञानवापी मशीद समितीच्या याचिकेवर सुनावणी करण्यास सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने सहमती दर्शवली. ज्यामध्ये मंदिराच्या जीर्णोद्धाराशी संबंधित खटला कायम ठेवण्यायोग्य असल्याचे म्हटले होते. सुनावणी सुरू असताना मुस्लिम पक्षाने एक मागणी केली जी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने मान्य केली.
ज्ञानवापी मशिदीच्या जागी मंदिराचा जीर्णोद्धार
सर्वोच्च न्यायालयासमोर दाखल करण्यात आलेल्या याचिकांमध्ये ज्ञानवापी मशिदीच्या जागी मंदिराचा जीर्णोद्धार करण्याची मागणी करणाऱ्या खटल्याचा विचार करण्याच्या कनिष्ठ न्यायालयाच्या निर्णयाबरोबरच (आदेश 7 नियम 11) ASI सर्वेक्षणाची परवानगीला दखील आव्हान देण्यात आले होते.
उर्वरित याचिकांची यादी
आज (शुक्रवारी) सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात सुनावणी सुरू असताना मुस्लिम पक्षाच्या वतीने हुजैफाने सांगितले की, हे जुने प्रकरण आहे. उर्वरित याचिकांची यादी करण्यात आलेली नाही. त्यामुळे त्यांचेही ऐकून घेतले पाहिजे. यानंतर हुजैफा अहमदी यांनी सुप्रीम कोर्टाकडे सुनावणी पुढे ढकलण्याची मागणी केली.
