मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, लॉस एंजेलिस हे मुळातच महाग शहर आहे. त्यात इब्राहीम याने ही हवेली 1983 साली 20 लाख डॉलर्स म्हणजे 1 कोटी 48 लाखात खरेदी केली होती. दोन एकर जमिनीवर असलेली ही हवेली प्रसिद्ध हॉटेल बेल एअर आणि बेल एअर कंट्रीक्लब पासून अगदी जवळ आहे.

2001 मध्ये ओसामाने वर्ल्ड ट्रेड सेंटरवर हल्ला केल्यापासून ही हवेली रिकामी पडली आहे. या हवेलीत इब्राहीम त्याची माजी पत्नी ख्रिस्तीन हिच्याबरोबर राहत होता. 7 बेडरूम्स आणि पाच बाथरूम्स असलेली ही हवेली 1931 मध्ये बांधलेली आहे. हवेली भोवती मोठी मोकळी जागा आहे.
