देशमुखांसाठी ठाकरे सरकार सुप्रीम कोर्टात; गुन्ह्यातील दोन परिच्छेद रद्द करण्याची मागणी

सीबीआयने गुन्हा दाखल केलेले राष्ट्रवादीचे माजी गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख यांच्या प्रकरणात महाविकास आघाडी सरकारने आता सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे़ सीबीआयने देशमुख यांच्याविरोधात दाखल केलेल्या गुन्ह्यातील दोन परिच्छेद रद्द करावेत, अशी राज्य सरकारची मागणी आहे़ या मागणीसाठी राज्य सरकारने मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात या आधी दाखल केलेली याचिका फेटाळली गेली आहे़ त्यामुळे राज्य सरकारने आता सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे.

मुंबई : सीबीआयने गुन्हा दाखल केलेले राष्ट्रवादीचे माजी गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख यांच्या प्रकरणात महाविकास आघाडी सरकारने आता सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे़ सीबीआयने देशमुख यांच्याविरोधात दाखल केलेल्या गुन्ह्यातील दोन परिच्छेद रद्द करावेत, अशी राज्य सरकारची मागणी आहे़ या मागणीसाठी राज्य सरकारने मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात या आधी दाखल केलेली याचिका फेटाळली गेली आहे़ त्यामुळे राज्य सरकारने आता सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे.

सचिन वाझेला पोलीस दलात घेण्यामागे आणि पोलीस अधिकाऱ्यांच्या बदल्यांमध्ये अनिल देशमुख यांचा हस्तक्षेप होता, असे सीबीआयने त्यांच्या एफआयआरमध्ये म्हटले आहे. हे दोन मुद्दे गुन्ह्यातून वगळावेत, यासाठी राज्य सरकारने याचिका केली होती.

हे दोन्ही मुद्दे हे मंत्रालयीन आणि प्रशासकीय कामाचे भाग आहेत. त्यामुळे या गुन्ह्यात देशमुख यांना गोवून सीबीआय मुद्दाम चौकशी करु पाहत आहे, असे राज्य सरकारने याचिकेत म्हटले आहे. महाविकास आघाडी सरकारला अस्थिर करण्यासाठीच सीबीआयने देशमुखांवर गुन्हा दाखल केला, असा महाविकास आघाडी सरकारचा आरोप आहे.
