नांदेड : राज्याचे सार्वजनिक बांधकाम मंत्री अशोक चव्हाण यांच्या आखत्यारीतील साखर कारखान्याला(ashok chavan sugar factory) एका कंपनीने 6 कोटी रुपयांचा चुना लावल्याचा प्रकार समोर आला आहे. नांदेडमधील भाऊराव चव्हाण सहकारी साखर कारखाना युनिट 3 आणि 4 ने साखर विक्रीचे टेंडर तामिळनाडूतील चेन्नई येथील एका कंपनीला दिले होते. या कंपनीने साखर कारखान्याची फसवणूक केली.
साखर निर्यातीवर केंद्राकडून काही रक्कम कारखान्याला मिळत असते. पण निर्यातीचे कागदपत्रे मागितली असता कंपनीने कागदपत्रे देण्यास टाळाटाळ केली. इंडोनेशियाने साखर स्वीकारण्यास नकार दिला एव्हढे उत्तर कंपनीने दिले. कंपनीने दिलेले चेक्सही बाऊन्स झाले. त्यामुळे कारखान्याची तब्बल 5 कोटी 93 लाख 65 हजार 536 रुपयांची फसवणूक झाली.
या प्रकरणी बारड पोलीस ठाण्यात चेन्नई येथील कुरुंजी प्रो नॅचरल फूड्स वलसरावक्कम चेन्नईचा चेअरमन इडिगा मनिकांता, प्रतिनिधी अभिजीत देशमुख आणि इतरांविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे. या प्रकरणी 2 आरोपींना अटक करण्यात आली असून अधिक तपास आर्थिक गुन्हे शाखा करीत आहे.
